These terms govern use of AWAIRE, operated by [legal entity]. By signing in you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are able to bind that business.
Access requires an account issued by an administrator of your workspace. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
AWAIRE reads connected systems and returns records, and it shows the lookups behind each answer so they can be checked. Replies are produced with the help of language models and may be incomplete or wrong. Verify against the source record before relying on an answer for a business decision. AWAIRE does not modify connected systems.
Data in your connected systems remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and use it only to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable during maintenance, and features may change. [state any uptime commitment, or that there is none]
[limitation of liability — to be drafted by counsel]
An administrator may revoke access to a workspace at any time. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms or risks the security of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
